Oasis is a five-bedroom community house where open-hearted people live, grow, and explore together. We’re building a home that honors both depth and play — the kind of place where a quiet evening might turn into a spontaneous couch pile.
We’re in Coronado, Phoenix AZ — 10 minutes from downtown, 9 minutes from Sky Harbor airport, and central to everything happening in the valley. Nothing is more than a 30-minute drive.
The house carries an ocean and boat theme — Captain Lynn, our homeowner, loves the sea and all things nautical. But each room is yours to make your own. Bring your vibe, your art, your altar — whatever makes a space feel like home.
We have a nice outdoor space — perfect for morning stretches, evening hangs, or whatever your housemates feel like getting into together.

Sex-positivity isn’t just tolerated here — it’s woven in. We’re comfortable with bodies, with desire, with openness. Nudity is normal. We host gatherings, and housemates need to be on board with that.

We want housemates who have done personal growth work or are actively in it — ISTA, tantra, embodiment retreats, Landmark, Tony Robbins, festivals, whatever your path. People already on a journey

Captain Lynn is the founder of The Oasis, a gathering place for conscious community, personal growth, meaningful connection, and playful adventure. Lifelong explorer. Captain believes that life is meant to be lived fully—with courage, curiosity, authenticity, and joy.

Ever since my first ISTA retreat, I wanted to live like that full-time — free, connected, nothing held back. I’m building the life I want and having fun the whole way there, not just at the finish line. I like deep conversations, big dreams, and people who treat life like it’s theirs to create.
